What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the United States and Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return yarn or kits if they don't meet my expectations?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that patterns and digital downloads are non-refundable.

How do I ensure the dye lots of my yarn match?
We make every effort to pull matching dye lots for every order. If we are unable to provide matching lots for the quantity requested, our customer service team will contact you before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping outside of North America?
Currently, we primarily ship to the United States and Canada. For other international inquiries, please contact our support team for a custom shipping quote.
What should I do if my kit is missing a component?
We strive for perfection, but if a kit is missing yarn or instructions, please reach out to our customer service department immediately and we will ship the missing pieces at no extra cost.
